I met Jamie by accident. I had asked 2 other agencies for a sale valuation and both of those gave unrealistically valuations. The first agent put in a price and the second one just agreed with the first one. I then met Jamie when he left a card in my door and I was able to catch him before he left and and we spent about an hour discussing my property and we then made an appointment for him to return and place the house on the market. He also carried out a full inspection of the house, pool and shed which the other agents didn't bother with. Jamie sold my house at the first open house day.I would absolutely recommend Jamie Cross from Murray Kennedy Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell or buy their home.

My husband and I had put off selling our house as we had heard all the horror stories about real estate agents. When Jamie knocked on our door 2 years ago for a chat about our house we informed him that we weren't looking to sell yet but maybe in the future. Fast forward 2 years and it has been the easiest thing we have ever decided. Jamie was knowledgeable about the area and what buyers would be interested. He was helpful and never pushy as we developed a relationship over 2 years when he first door knocked. Always approachable with any question we had. All round nice guy with a genuine passion for what he does. He even had buyers come and look at our place before open house. Our open house was on a Saturday and it was sold by Monday. Jamie and his team are a credit to this industry.

I dealt with Jamie in regards to 2 properties, my offer wasn't accepted by the first vendors but Jamie went above and beyond to stay in touch and offer similar properties within my price range. His response time is extremely quick and contacts me back as soon as he can. He has checked in on progress and communicated very well during my purchase of my first property, he made things very easy and simple. I would highly recommend him, his service is great!
