Professional & Fun
Had a fantastic experience with Murray and his team. After a dismal run with the seller, Murray was able to assist in communicating between solicitors, seller and myself a fair outcome to help us complete the sale after issues with how the seller had left the house prior to exchange. I have now enlisted Murray and his team to manage my property with rental tenants and they were able to fine me a tenant within 24hours of ownership of the house and for more then the expected weekly amount. I find the team at Murray Kennedy's office very professional, knowledgeable and a pleaseure to do business with. I would HIGHLY recommend the team and Murray if you are ever looking to sell or buy or invest. Thanks again Murray, can't wait for you to find us our next rental property.

Friendly & Accomodating

An incredibly positive experience
Selling your home can be such a daunting prospect that many of us try to avoid even thinking about it. I'd come to a crossroad in my own life and it was time to sell despite the fears and am so glad I had Jamie from Murray Kennedy Real Estate to guide me. I relied upon his expert knowledge and professionalism and was not disappointed. My house sold within days for a price above all our expectations. The whole process was such a positive experience. Jamie was such an amazing lovely agent to deal with
From the very first time i enquired about the property Jamie sent over the contract straight away and gave us an appointment that suited us so that we can go through for inspection. Jamie was a very humble, kind and welcoming agent. We fell inlove with the property straight away. He gave us time to look around and ask any questions that we had. Negotiating with the property took time but we are so happy we can now call this place home. Having a busy life with work, kids, and school Jamie offered that he can come out to us and sign the contract to save us from driving all the way to the office. He was on time, and we were super excited. He offered us to go again and have a 2nd inspection of the property and gave us plenty of time to look around. We want to thank Jamie and the lovely Joanne at the office for being so patient with us and we cannot wait to move in. Jamie has been lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. We thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.
