We found his service excellent, keeping us up to date both verbally and via email with home opens, interested parties, etc. Our property had tenants so he not only kept us informed, but he also liased with the managing agent & the tenants on proposed home opens and bringing through prospective purchasers. In the latter part of 2014 we enlisted Leigh & his team at Harcourts Blue, Kardinya WA to sell our home in Willetton WA with the hope of a quick sale/settlement , owing to family matters requiring our relocating to the Eastern States. A sale ,at a price to our satisfaction, and settlement within 4 weeks of signing an offer proved to be not a problem to Leigh and his team and associated parties.
