We chose to go through My Agent as we had been recommended them from friends. We had also noted that recent sales in our area were slow to sell but that My Agent properties often sold quickly. She was well prepared for our appraisal and understood the nature of our sale and worked with us to find our price point. She was very easy to communicate with and always kept us in the loop with next steps. The photoshoot was completed without a hitch and took on our feedback on the listing prior to going live.
