We have spent six months renovating the property as they advised us it was looking a bit tired. We put in a new Kaboodle Kitchen through Bunnings Ulladulla and My Estate Agent assisted in providing names of good handymen,carpenters,painters,electricians and plumbers to enable us to complete the project in an efficient manner at reasonable cost. We brought a few of our investment properties over to Kim after continued unsatisfactory experiences with another local agent. Kim was left to deal with arrears ledgers, unrepaired damages and poor record keeping. She took this in her stride and arranged for repair works to be done, re tenanted the property which had been in arrears and managed all ongoing maintenance. We were so happy with Kim's hard work and integrity, that we gave her 2 more properties to manage, these properties are located an hour north of Kim's offices, yet we are still receiving the same amazing service from her. Kim is happy to consult with us on our future endeavours with professional market appraisals and opinions. We look forward to handing her two more properties to manage next week after settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim for any real estate agent needs, whether it be property management or as a buyers agent. We have a number of properties over a number of areas within NSW, which means we rely on agents all over the state. We have experienced it all, the good, the bad and unfortunately the ugly!
