We have always rented and we have never come across a real estate that actually cares about the tenants. We have forever had possums in the roof but as soon as Kim took over not only did she have a someone out to catch the possums she even had the trees cut down around the property so they couldn’t return. Kim also recommended putting our kids on the lease when they turned 18 so they could get a rental history for when moving away for university. I can not recommend them enough to the community.

I’ve had a lot of Real Estate Agents in my time and My Estate Agent are truly far superior to each and every one of them. Phone calls and emails are responded to immediately and any issues that may arise are dealt with on the same day or the next.
