We brought a few of our investment properties over to Kim after continued unsatisfactory experiences with another local agent. Kim was left to deal with arrears ledgers, unrepaired damages and poor record keeping. She took this in her stride and arranged for repair works to be done, re tenanted the property which had been in arrears and managed all ongoing maintenance.
