Scott Smith – General Manager
Scott is a dedicated General Manager who brings a practical, results-driven approach to day-to-day property management. With a strong focus on compliance, tenant relationships, and asset protection, Scott works closely with landlords to ensure their investments are well cared for and performing at their best. He prides himself on clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Bianca Aspe – Assistant Property Manager
Bianca is a highly organised and motivated Assistant Property Manager who supports the team with inspections, leasing, and tenant communications. She has a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive prompt and professional service. Bianca is passionate about learning and growing within the Property Management industry.
Laarni Reyes – Admin Officer
Laarni was the first team member of My Logan Realty and is integral to the smooth operation of the business. She manages internal compliance, billing, and rates payments with exceptional attention to detail.
