When she couldn’t immediately resolve something, Casey was always easy to reach, kept us informed and worked swiftly. When the air conditioning failed just before summer and repairs were delayed outside her control, she clearly explained the situation, gave us a timeline, helped us understand the landlord’s perspective, and went above and beyond by bringing us a portable air conditioner the very next day to use until the system was replaced a week later. If unexpected issues occurred, Casey was flexible and supportive. When a close relative passed away, we asked last minute to reschedule an inspection. Casey was immediately accommodating and showed genuine kindness and compassion. When our lease was coming to an end because the owners were moving in, before we even asked, she found us a perfect alternative rental that checked all the boxes, while also addressing issues we’d experienced in our previous rentals from earlier conversations. She had the lease completed in under half a week, with most of that time due to my delays responding.
