Professional & hardworking
Sandy is very good at her job. We bought a property off her & we were very pleased with her communication on purchasing, so decided she best suits our personality to sell our home. We wanted someone that would keep us informed with everything that was going on with selling our home. And she ticked every box with her customer service. She rang after every open home to inform us on how it went.

Simply the Best

Poor look elsewhere
One Agency and Sandy Morris are the "classic" real estate agents to be wary of, in that they over promise and under deliver. Their marketing approach was counter productive and their advice at sale poor. Given my chance again I would look elsewhere. Lastly, to give this review required me to contact "ratemyagent" because One Agency had not supplied the details of the sale.

great sale price, excellent service, with lower fees
Sandya and her team were professional and understanding of our needs. They helped us navigate the process to get the best price, with the minimum pain along the way. We had spoken with other agents, but Sandy's analysis of the property and assessment of the market was stronger in our opinion.
