Great Outcome From a Fantastic Team
Despite coronavirus hitting early in our sales campaign, Sandy and her team got us through unscathed and to a result we are absolutely delighted with. Finding tenants quickly when the market looked very uncertain, hitting the ground running when the tenants broke their lease, arranging a freshen up of paint and carpet and getting the house back on the market in just 2 weeks and then selling the property within a week for a great price, nothing was too much trouble for the sales and property management teams working together. And all done while we could not get to Canberra. I can't recommend One Agency Sandy Morris highly enough. Professionalism with Heart
We met with a number of real estate agents for the sale of our deceased mother's property. Sandy shone through and was selected due to her personable, no push, no rubbish manner. At the beginning of the sale process Sandy provided us with options and pathways of the best way to market and sell the property while always listening to our thoughts and possible concerns and offering professional and considered advice. During the sale process Sandy always made sure that the property was looking its best before showing anyone through. She provided updates every step of the way, from when and how many prospective buyers viewed the property to providing a follow up report. Sandy always went above and beyond. She also handled all of the different personalities of the family with grace, heart, and patience. Sandy provided a good result for the property with a no fuss, always available attitude. Sandy Morris makes selling your home a positive experience
First impressions are said to always count! I was impressed when I first met Sandy Morris as she negotiated the sale to me of my now previous home. I’ve had her magnet business card on the side of my refrigerator ever since. So it was a very easy decision to ask her to manage the sale of the home again, this time for me. From the first contact to completion of the sale, Sandy’s friendly, but totally professional and objective approach, ably supported by Kelsey, ensured the project was managed efficiently and successfully on her part, and with total confidence in her to get the job done, on mine. The marketing was excellent and my home was under offer within a week at a price that exceeded my expectations. It was an exceptional and very satisfying outcome. I appreciated as much, though, the lengths to which both Sandy and Kelsey went above and beyond the sale process, to advise me or otherwise deal with issues that came up during the preparation of my home for sale and the period leading up to settlement. Easy to deal with, knowledgeable and reliable
Sandy was great to deal with and secured us a great deal on our house. She came with a strong understanding of the market and presented us with lots of options and recommendations to suit our needs. Great result with Sandy.
Early on Sandy advised the sales number she believe we could achieve and she was 100 % correct. Through out the campaign Sandy remain confident and in control even when we turned the property in at auction. We just trusted Sandy and the results speak for themselves. Thanks Sandy
