We met with a number of real estate agents for the sale of our deceased mother's property. Sandy shone through and was selected due to her personable, no push, no rubbish manner. At the beginning of the sale process Sandy provided us with options and pathways of the best way to market and sell the property while always listening to our thoughts and possible concerns and offering professional and considered advice. During the sale process Sandy always made sure that the property was looking its best before showing anyone through. She provided updates every step of the way, from when and how many prospective buyers viewed the property to providing a follow up report. Sandy always went above and beyond. She also handled all of the different personalities of the family with grace, heart, and patience. Sandy provided a good result for the property with a no fuss, always available attitude. Sandy and all her team totally exceeded what we expected from an agency. From the moment we signed our sales agreement all the way to settlement they provided a first class sales campaign. They maintained an almost daily line of communication keeping us completely in the loop. Open homes were regular and with minimum invasion of our privacy followed by immediate feed back on what the market was telling them. They were also extremely helpful when it came to meeting builders inspectors requirements. Buyers were found within weeks and their overall professionalism was instrumental in achieving the end result. In summary we cannot rate them highly enough but let's settle for 10 out of 5

I’ll be brief.... Sandy was half the price of the other real estates. Sandy organised everything for the sale from tradies to the conveyancer. I was interstate so had no time. Sandy took on the whole project and sold my property in the first week. I didn’t pay any costs up front and there was no stress involved. If you think about it like going to the dentist - You could get someone who puts you through hell in a chair, or you could go with Sandy and you wake up all sorted and didn’t feel a thing.
