I had never sold a property and therefore relied on Sandy's expertise and extensive knowledge of the current market. During the sale period any setbacks or problems and she helped by recommending and arranging appropriate tradesmen and inspections to get full approvals. The main reason for the five star rating though, was her friendliness and helpfulness during the whole process and I am definitely thankful that I chose One Agency to sell my home.
