I chose Sandy because her track record with selling properties in Kambah. She was impressive at my initial consultation and i talked to 4-5 Agents. What I liked about Sandy was her flexibility the fact she didn't push and her intimate knowledge of the area. I wanted a realistic selling price and i must admit, initially i didn't think the price range Sandy suggested would occur, however I put my faith in her ability to deliver. I followed all her advice like styling, the cleaner, putting in new skylights etc. The house sold in less than a week, i had 4 offers and the price achieved was slightly greater than the upper price Sandy suggested which confirmed she knew the correct price range. So all in all the sale has gone smoothly thus far and I would go with Sandy again and have no hesitation in recommending her to any future potential clients.

Sandy was brilliant! She was friendly, honest, hard-working and great to deal with at every step of the process. She made time several months ahead of our planned sale to give us an early appraisal, and tips for things to do in the months leading up to putting the house on the market. Her services were not just marketing and open houses, but she coordinated suppliers to put in new carpets, refresh the kitchen, do a garden makeover and furniture staging. We were interstate, and so she did all this without us needing to be in Canberra. We choose Sandy over other agents because she sold more Kambah properties than every other agent combined, she was approachable and not pushy, and her commission was very competitive compared to others. She got a great price for us. We couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommended.

It is hard to rate Sandy's best qualities as she has so many. The things I really appreciated in our recent sale in Fadden were Sandy's outstanding communication skills (verbal and written). Sandy would keep myself and my partner across all elements of the process, via phone, email, snail mail and text messages. Even though I had not and still have not meet Sandy in person, I feel that I know Sandy through our communications. Sandy surrounds herself with a great team, and has great contacts in the real estate industry.
