After meeting with and obtaining appraisals from several agencies I decided to engage Sandy to market my home of 35 years in Kambah. Several things impressed me and set Sandy's appraisal apart from the others. Sandy was very professional yet easy to talk to and we were on the same page regarding the expectations I had for the sale of my home. Sandy was very honest about what she thought of my home and did not give false hope of a price I could expect from the sale. She has superior insight into Kambah's real estate prospects. Sandy discussed every step of the process with me. We decided on a time line that I felt comfortable with. I was consulted and kept in the loop throughout. Inspections and photography were scheduled in a timely fashion at my convenience. Administrative and legal issues were also dealt with seamlessly. The open houses were held at times that suited and Sandy and her team even made sure that my cat was keep safe during these events. Feed back was given after each open house.
