Amazing doesn't even begin to describe Tahlia. Tahlia was very friendly from the beginning, willing to chat about the property she was selling and discuss all it's positives. She was easy to communicate with, and I found it easy to get in touch whenever I had questions. Tahlia understood both the seller and buyers expectations, and was able to cater to both fairly. Even when the negotiation got difficult, Tahlia kept her cool, made sure all parties were kept updated, and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend Tahlia regardless of whether you are buying or selling - she is fantastic.

Sandy went out of her way to assist us in preparing our property for open homes during the sale period whilst we were dealing with private health matters. We were very appreciative of this as it meant we didn’t have to worry so much about what was happening with the house. Sandy made sure the house was presented beautifully in the manner we wanted. She went far and above her normal duties in keeping the grounds tidy and presentable as well as adding little touches like fresh flowers if needed. Sandy was originally retained to sell Mum's home of 30 years shortly after having to move into aged care. Mum appreciated that Sandy spent the time with her going through the process, it made her feel that she was still in control and independent. Unfortunately Mum passed just as the home went to market and we then had to go through the whole probate process. Sandy was nothing but professional and understanding through this time. Where other agents may have suggested things got put on hold, Sandy continued to work tirelessly with open houses and keeping potential purchasers in the loop. Without Sandy I doubt that we would have had an offer and exchange of contracts so quickly after probate was approved (literally the next day). The family cannot speak highly enough of Sandy and her professionalism when the unexpected occurs. She made what could have been a stressful process for both Mum and the family as smooth as possible.
