We bought our new home interstate and needed to get our house in Kambah sold within a 3 month deadline. Sandy had given us an appraisal and as requested, left us alone until we were ready. When we were ready she and her team went to work and got it on the market quickly, then handled any problems and the negotiations with a very professional attitude. She kept us informed at every step and when we were out of town organised access by trades as required for unexpected work.
