We bought our new home interstate and needed to get our house in Kambah sold within a 3 month deadline. Sandy had given us an appraisal and as requested, left us alone until we were ready. When we were ready she and her team went to work and got it on the market quickly, then handled any problems and the negotiations with a very professional attitude. She kept us informed at every step and when we were out of town organised access by trades as required for unexpected work. We got a sale in a suitably quick time frame and at a good price over her original estimate. Sandy will give all her skills local knowledge and experience to her clients and is very helpful when unexpected issues arise, ready to offer assistance and sound advice. Sandy recently helped us to sell an investment property that needed some sprucing after the tenants had vacated. I wish I had known about Sandy years ago - because I would have loved to have had her as my managing property agent as well. Sandy took charge of everything - including advising my existing property agents on what they could claim from my landlord insurance on my behalf! We live in QLD & Sandy took charge of organising all of the repairs and improvements we needed so we could put it on the market. Trying to do this remotely would have been a nightmare. With Sandy in charge the property was on the market quickly and it sold immediately. Sandy also managed to get a much higher than expected sell price for us. The whole process from end to end was trouble and stress-free - all thanks to Sandy. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to buy, sell or rent via Sandy in the future if the need ever arose.
