Sandy recently helped us to sell an investment property that needed some sprucing after the tenants had vacated. I wish I had known about Sandy years ago - because I would have loved to have had her as my managing property agent as well. Sandy took charge of everything - including advising my existing property agents on what they could claim from my landlord insurance on my behalf! We live in QLD & Sandy took charge of organising all of the repairs and improvements we needed so we could put it on the market. Trying to do this remotely would have been a nightmare. With Sandy in charge the property was on the market quickly and it sold immediately. Sandy also managed to get a much higher than expected sell price for us. Really wasnt looking forward to the process of selling our house, but Sandy made it seem easy! Her advice, communication throughout, and sound knowledge of what the market was up to was all great.
