He had a good understanding of the trends in the local market and the range of other comparable properties on the market in our area. We first flagged the idea of selling our property with Tahlia a few months before we actually decided to go through with it. Tahlia put together some market information and where our property sat within it, she came to our home to discus everything saving us time and gave us a great breakdown of the selling options and expectations. Tahlia had clearly put a lot of effort into this but wasn't pushy, she appreciated it was a big decision and wanted us to be comfortable with making that decision in our own time. When we decided to sell some months later we gave her the property to sell without hesitation. We have a bit of experience in buying/selling having 6 investment properties at one stage and it's refreshing to find a real estate agent who genuinely puts their clients' interests before their own. The selling process was easy, Tahlia managed some works to the property including having it fully repainted prior to sale and this was seamless and efficient. Tahlia ultimately sold the property for about $15k more than we expected but exactly what we hoped for. This couldn't have been a better sale experience and I would recommend Tahlia without reservation.

The Sandy Morris team have impressed me in my dealings with them both as a landlord and later selling the property. Prior to our selling the property, they had managed it for us during six years of rental and we were impressed by Abbey Morris's willingness to listen to what we wanted for the property and ability to find problems to difficulties with tenants and maintenance issues. When selling, Zac had access to a range of tradies to get our property on the market in saleable condition in quick time. He set a sensible asking price which allowed our property to sell while equivalent ones nearby remained on the market at marginally higher prices well after ours had settled. He was able to negotiate a fair price with our buyer following their initial offer and we thought both sides got a good deal. Like all sales, there always seem to be complications and problems but Zac and the team were able to work through them without creating difficulties for us as vendors.

Zac Morris was recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate in also recommending him to other home sellers. We had a single open house and an unconditional sale followed two days later at a price that I’m happy with. Zac’s advice was detailed and consistent from our first meeting until the sale was done. His recommendations for a stager, cleaner and gardener were first rate. The stager was initially too busy to accommodate us but made room in her schedule when I mentioned that Zac had recommended her. She values their professional relationship. I was impressed that the cleaner and gardener were available within a few days. We were on a tight schedule to get the house of the market this year. Zac also had had professional dealings with the buyer which might have brought the house to the attention of the new owner. Zac has managed to engender confidence in a seller who is more than a little sceptical of his industry.
