Highly recommend Zac and the My Morris Team
This is the second time we have used My Morris, and Zac did not disappoint again. Zac is super easy to deal with, always willing to pick up the phone and keep you up to date. His knowledge of the Canberra market, meant he was able to adjust our sales campaign to meet buyer demand getting us the price we wanted. Zac’s open and transparent communication meant that he took the stress out of the process. I can’t recommend Zac enough!

Friendly and knowledgeable
Zac and My Morris is the type of team that you want to represent you and work with. Professional, approachable and happy to answer the difficult questions. A very easy and enjoyable experience for what could have been a very stressful time. So easy.
I could not be more pleased with our experience in dealing with the team at My Morris. Zac was always so very friendly and helped us through the complexities of selling our home. He arranged the professional photography which made our home look so fantastic, I had a little difficulty in recognizing it. Zac was particularly helpful in negotiating the final price which we were happy with. Zac went above and beyond
Zac was able to sell our house above the asking price and kept us up to date with all developments. Even after we had sold and moved interstate he helped us to ensure there was a smooth transition with the new owners. With having so much to do and organising our dogs to come on the big trip with us we forgot to clean up their bombs from the back yard. Zac went and cleaned this up for us knowing we couldn't do it as we were in Queensland. That is not a pleasant task and I was so overwhelmed that he would offer to do that for us. I can't recommend him and Tahlia highly enough, you will not regret choosing them to sell your home.

Exceeded expectations
Zac encouraged us to go to auction, even though I was somewhat hesitant. However, when we received an offer prior to auction that we were very happy with, he quickly organised everything and we had a sale overnight. Zac was friendly, putting us at ease and he understood that it wasn’t an easy task to sell our beloved family home of 33 years.

Experienced, Friendly and Helpful

My Experience
I found Jac to be very good at his job. He was professional, polite yet friendly, with a good understanding of the market. My Morris and Zac handled everything required to get my house onto the market in a very short timeframe, and the photos were terrific. The agency also had a long list of potential customers which meant good numbers of viewers of the property when it went on the market. I highly recommend both Zac and My Morris.
