He also provided good advice on preparing the property for sale as well as supplying contact details of tradespeople to assist us in preparing the property for sale. All these tradespeople provided very good service. Zac marketed the property very well resulting in many interested buyers and negotiated a price at the highest level of our expectations. Review of Zac Morris – Sale of 5 Menzie Place, Kambah We found Zac to be very helpful and knowledgeable in the recent sale of our family home of 44 years. He had a good understanding of the trends in the local market and the range of other comparable properties on the market in our area. He was able to give us good advice in preparing and presenting our home in the most positive way and this was helpful in that there were no staging services available in the short time frame we had. He was considerate, timely and respectful in his dealings with us and kept us well informed once we placed the property on the market. He communicated well giving us prompt and helpful feedback following each open house. The relatively short sale time of two weeks on the market was largely due to his professional guidance and we would not hesitate to recommend his services to other potential sellers.
