We received regular updates on how the sale was progressing and our views were taken on board and acted on. The property sold at auction for a figure we were happy with. The market being the way it is at the moment, we were glad it sold promptly and at a fair price. In summary I would say it was hard to fault Zac’s performance in the sale of this property. I found Zac to be a very friendly and accomodating sales agent. The recommendations made to prepare for the sale of my mothers' home were made with the expertise and knowledge of selling hundreds of similar properties in the area.This local knowledge is invaluable.I found Zac to be accomodating with all my requests in relation to the inspection of the property and easy to communicate with. Negotiating sale prices and settlement dates proved a tricky business in this sale but I feel confident in recommending Zac as he preserved and got close to the price we were seeking at time when the Canberra sales market had slowed and his professionalism was outstanding when dealing with a very entitled prospective buyer.
