My family met with Zac Cronin to discuss listing my elderly mother's home at Englorie Park. We found Zac to be very approachable and professional. He had previously sold other properties in the street for a very good price and we were confident he could do the same for my mother. He recommended a very good tradesman to do minor repairs to the home and assured us he could sell the home in a short period of time. He was very patient and understanding of my mother's apprehension of selling her home which made the selling process so much easier. As promised Zac sold the property after only one open day and achieved a much higher price than expected, (possibly a record for the street). I would highly recommend Zac to anyone contemplating selling or buying a home in the Campbelltown region.

Before deciding on an agency to sell my property I reviewed Realestate.com.au and found that Combined and in particular Zac continued to come up at or near the top of the searches. I had high expectations knowing the current market and limited supply in the area. I was impressed that Zac knew of a recent sale in the same building. This property sold for significantly less than mine which suprised Zac given the current market. In less than a week Zac was able to get me $20,000 more than the previous sale and I couldn't be happier.
