Zac is great guy. we recently purchased a property through him. He was very helpful and very easy to talk to. no matter what time of the day we tried to contact him he always responded and returned our calls. He went out of his why to answer our questions and queries. I highly recommend him as he had better and more up to date market knowledge as compared to other people we spoke with.

After having many bad experiences with real estate agents, it was great to be able to find one who was professional and honest. Zac was able to sell our investment property in a few days! He was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Zac to our family and friends.

Happy with the recent sale of the land. But the price was not at the top range. May be the market was not strong as predicted in the survey

I would like to inform all residents especially in the Park Central (Campbelltown) area to call Zac CRONIN and his colleagues at My Property Consultants. Zac was extremely down to earth and honest right from the start of the process of selling my unit at 1 - 5 Parkside Crescent, unlike other Real Estate companies that are selling properties in that area. Zac continually updated us with all the information as we went through the process. Zac has a great understanding of what potential buyers are looking for and negotiating a sale for his client. I have no hesitation in recommending Zac CRONIN to anyone that requires his services.

Zac was professional in his dealings from day one. Always prompt and thorough, he was a pleasure to deal with in a world where service and reliability are hard to find - in real estate agents as well. Communication was perfect, attitude and honesty paramount was my impression. Highly recommend Zac as an agent.
