I found Zac to be very approachable; his enthusiastic demeanour made him very easy to work with. I really liked his flexibility in terms of communication. Zac took into consideration both mine and my partners work commitments and sent through emails and/or texts when we were unable to take his calls. This meant that we were kept up to date with any new developments in a unobtrusive way. I felt that Zac was trust worthy and that I could approach him with any problems or requests to which he would respond positively and promptly. In terms of market knowledge we only discussed the one home, so it is difficult to give a fair estimate of his ability in that regard, however, Zac's knowledge of that property was comprehensive. It was this understanding and salesmanship that helped us in making our final decision to settle on the home.
