NGFarah was amassing to deal with from the very first click when enquiring about leases. I emailed them detailing what I was looking for and they contacted me the next day providing a detailed list of leases that matched my preferences. I then organised a few inspections which each agent turned up for on time and were dressed neatly and acted like they actually wanted to help everyone there. I was also offered to attend inspections mid week, as being a nurse my work schedule is hectic. Shout out to Billy and Grace, they were the highlights at these inspections! I then dealt with Grace who kept in communication and replied promptly to all my emails and answered all questions I had regarding the lease. Once I signed the lease, Grace was professional, kind and so quick to organise everything with the landlord so I could move in quicker than I had originally planned! From the time I sent my first email, to inspections and completing all paper work it took less than a week. I put this down to all the staff at NGFarah and Grace’s hard work! I know it’s early days, but so far there is nothing to fault. I recommend this agency to everyone! Will keep you all posted at the end of my lease. Cheers!

James Daniel from NG Farah Kingsford is one of the best real estate agents I have come across who is very customer focused, with positive attitude and his professionalism is exemplary. James has been very responsive to my queries since he started managing my property in Kingsford which I purchased in September 2019. James has proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of leasing and the local market. Every time tenants applied for tenancy James would perform thorough checks on the tenants, advising me on the suitability of the tenants, the rents that would attract the right tenants etc. James also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end, within three weeks of buying property James found the right tenants and the tenants were able to move in to the property the next day after the settlement of the property. This is a great achievement as there was no downtime. I have never had to follow up James for anything as I would have all the answers already provided to me even before I think about them. James is very prompt in his responses, diligent in his business and very professional in everything he does. I've recommended James Daniel of NG Farah Real Estate Kingsford to everyone I know. James is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realise it won't always be this easy to lease a property in the current saturated market, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.
