James Daniel - great work. We purchased the property with the support of Mitchell Farah and prior to settlement James was on the job. We completed a full property upgrade, repairs and staging immediately on settlement. We had a tenant after two open houses. He is responsive, engaged and very helpful to us as we are not local. I relied on James to do all the work without ever seeing the property physically - only photos. Highly recommend the team from NG Farah and a special call out to James Daniel.

Gina is our property manager. My wife and I found her to be very customer service focus, competent and reliable. She consistently replied to our queries promptly. Recently, Gina supported by her colleague Alex helped to re-lease our RANDWICK unit. Before that she helped with organising the kitchen reno, bathroom makeover, painting, carpet replacement etc. We are very pleased with her service. Thank you Gina !
