I was given a straight-forward appraisal of both rental and sale potential of the properties involved on a Wednesday. The agents were punctual, helpful and cordial. The leasing manager James D was super-efficient, arranging the photographs, as well as the electrician I requested, overnight. In less than 48 hours after the appraisal (at which time, I signed our contract) my property was available for rent online and James found suitable tenants for me, a few hours later on Friday afternoon. Great service.
