After a few miscommunications prior to my boarding was not happy. After reached out to Customer Relations, took some time to resolve the misunderstanding I had, Anyone who applying for a new built, make sure you check if the apartment is really what you looking for as it was different for me through realestate.com via filtering and caused issues, Check if the building is foxtel competable as you might need to change package which on your cost and the agent wasn`t aware with it, Also I haven`t had hot water for a few days after moving in, please make sure you check if hot water connected.(shouldn`t be a tenant job) However this is my first experience with MJ Farah, but not too impressed, how my situation was handeled and after the issue was resolved. I have been renting for 20 years in Australia and never had this issues, that I experienced here, The Maintanance is fast, I was impressed by it by the property manager, Apart from that, can`t really highlight anything on my experiences, that increased my budget after moved in as things haven`t been clearly explained or told. However I believe it`s not a bad agency, I would give another shot, knowing the defacts that everyone needs to double check before moving in! Best Wishes, Regards Richard
