I just recently bought a property through NG Farah and am about to settle tomorrow. I am not in a position to live there just yet, but it was a "no brainer" to lease the property through the team at N.G. Farah, specifically James Daniel and Luke Dosovic. From the first interaction, it was clear that they truly put my interest at heart and went over and above to deliver on my needs and secure a tenant for me by settlement time. It has been a rollercoaster ride juggling settlement and locking in a tenant but I was in very capable hands with the two of them. They (like the sales team) are very responsible, transparent, flexible, honest, and at the same time, very caring about getting the best outcome for me. Myself and my partner were very happy with the customer service we received from Rene at N G Farah, Usually when finding a rental its hard to even get a reply from a leasing agent, but Rene was very attentive to all our questions and has helped us find our new home.
