Renee was so lovely from day 1 of our communication. I often been brushed off by agents, when mentioning I have a small dog as they prefered non-pet tenants. Renee was honest & upfront and organized for me to inspect the property outside of the inspection times. Grateful for the swift and easy service! Everything was done through exchange of emails as I have been really busy at work and can’t make phone calls from time to time. Renee was prompt in answering my emails. She’s very kind and patient with me. Everything was settled in 3 days from the time I submitted my application up to signing of lease.
