We have worked with Edgar since we originally moved the Property Management to him and subsequently the responsibility of the sale. Edgar has always been really honest with us on expectations, the market and working with us to make decisions (list, price, sales agreement etc). From an investor property management perspective his team has always been a pleasure to deal with. This property was sold in 2 days showing the team had cultivated a series of buyers. As interstate investors this approach was needed and welcomed as selling residential real-estate can be a stressful process.
