Wonderful real estate
Claudia was very knowledgeable with the area so easy to talk to every house she sells has to look lovely it’s a pleasure looking through. You can ring her and ask questions very helpful and also professional. If you need advice about real estate she will answer your questions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her.

The ONLY agent you need to call!
We met Claudia in October 2021 when you was the sellers agent for a home we were interested in. Right from the second we met she made us feel listened to & understood. She was beyond friendly, prompt & professional whilst handling our purchase & we couldn't have asked for more. Fast forward 18mths later when we unfortunately had to sell due to business relocation & we wouldn't have called anyone else. Claudia makes you feel like part of her extended family, she cares for her clients & goes above & beyond to help wherever she can, buying/selling a house can be frustrating. Not with Claudia. She manages to turn stress into joy just with her personality.

Not just a Realtor
my family recently had to make the hard decision to pack up our parents house and move them into a nursing home. We then needed to sell their home quickly. Meeting Claudia was not just a professional meeting, she showed us genuine compassion thru out the whole process and make a hard experience go smoothly, even when the 1st contract fell thru, Claudia had more buyers interested straight away. Claudia showed extreme professionalism at all times, but also showed compassion, interest and understood how hard this process was for my family. Claudia and her family have a excellent understanding of the 4118 postcode with being long time residents themselves. Her family are very involved in the area, and not just in a working capacity. I could not recommend Claudia more and thank her from the bottom of my heart for all she has done.
