I recently purchased a house through Claudia and her team. The whole process came together very quickly. Settlement was scheduled for the day before Good Friday. Claudia and Sam were able to help the Final Inspection be arranged quickly and at short notice on my part. And once Settlement was finalised, were able to meet me at the house within an hour of settlement to give me the keys. Buying my first home was not the drama show that I was expecting it to be. Claudia's Knowledge of the market is exceptional she knew what she was talking about and guaranteed that our house will be sold.....how soon we had no idea? The photos of our house and presentation shown on the internet were amazing and we had to have a open home the very next day because we had so much interest, getting the best offer within 24hrs and under contract within 48hrs... everything was done so quickly! Being first home sellers and buyers (we built the house we sold) we had no idea about what was involved with the processes, everytime we called Claudia with questions she answered or called us straight back and gave us the best advise to her knowledge at the time! Claudia and her team are soo knowledgeable on the area. She oozes professionalism and has established the best method of selling. When I’ve dealt with other agents, I have noticed key differences in the way they handle offers, present open homes, liaise with buyers etc, and to be honest, in my opinion Claudia sets the standard in every single area.
