Claudia showed a great deal of local knowledge as she is part of the community. We had started the conversation with Claudia several months before listing and she was always very helpful in the small details. Once the house was listed our family circumstances changed rapidly over a two week period requiring us to be interstate and we relied on Claudia to represent us as we were otherwise occupied. Result being that she got a very good offer, contract went through with no drama and all parties satisfied with the result.
