Claudia originally sold us our first home back in 2018 and did such a great job that when we were ready to sell again, there wasn't a second thought about reaching back out to her to sell our home again! We set Claudia the target of what we were hoping to get for selling our property and she gave honest feedback on where she thought we'd be at given the current market etc and she was spot on! She sold our property for what we wanted and QUICKLY!!! Property went on to the market on a Sunday night and after only 7 days, we had multiple offers and a contract signed!!!
