Awesome Sale

Claudia knows how to stage a property and how to highlight potential to any prospective purchasers. Claudia was referred by an existing happy client and this is the best form of compliment. Highly recommended.

Very Professional and Friendly
We purchased a property from Claudia. Front Start to End, we were kept informed. On Settlement, she met us at the property and ensured we were familiar with all the house 'features'. Claudia also offered a Trailer for removal into our new home, at no cost. On settlement we received a bottle of champagne as a welcome to our new home.

A genuine, kind real estate agent is a rare gem
I'm very thankful Claudia took the time to chat at inspections, get to know me and my story a little, and that she was willing to share that story with vendors so that I was able to find a new home for my children, after having previously lost everything through a very bad relationship. Though she was the seller's agent, I never felt like she was just out to make money off me. I really believe Claudia, Sam and Rebecca are a kind-hearted, community-minded family who actually care for people over profit.

Claudia: a friend before an agent.
Claudia has been an exceptional agent who assisted us in selling our first home in QLD. When we first made contact is was to gauge an estimate value for our home and with so many differing opinions, Claudia was able to cut through all that and provide clarity. In doing so she gave us advice which meant holding off on selling our home and now 7 months later we have sold our home through an auction which got us more than we initially expected. An amazing experience with Claudia!
