As soon as I met Claudia, I felt very comfortable with entrusting her to sell our house. She gave us an honest appraisal and advice on what we should do to get it ready for the market. I was convinced that we needed to do more….some external painting etc… but Claudia said that in the current market it would not be necessary. To be honest I had my doubts, you know it’s all about the presentation etc… but we went with her advice and only did the things that she recommended we do, saving ourselves thousands of dollars. Claudia organised for a handyman to do a few necessary repairs, arranged to have a pre-sale building and pest done and even sourced a 2nd hand dishwasher for me. She goes above and beyond for her clients. 6 days on the market, over 40 offers and $120,000 above the asking price, we couldn’t have asked for more. Claudia, Sam and Rebecca are an amazing team, who work incredibly hard, not only in real estate but in our local community and I would not hesitate recommending Team Escobar to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.
