With over 10 years experience in both financial services and real estate , combined with a Diploma in Property Services , I not only have the skills but also the knowledge to help my clients achieve their property goals, dreams and aspirations . Smooth Sale, Exceptional Service!

I'm so happy about my experience with NRES and our agent Edwina Fondyke. We achieved $100,000 over asking after just 1 weekend on the market. Edwina knew how important and sentimental our house is and the emotion that went along with selling. She was very understanding and compassionate around the sale. Edwina has excellent knowledge of the market and was helpful with advising us on what we needed to do to prepare our property for sale to achieve the best outcome. The advertising, home open and sale was very smooth, which added to my relief as I was feeling stressed about going through a sale of my home I love very much.
