Really happy with the way the sale of my home unfolded and how Chris kept me informed at all times.
I was really hesitant about undertaking the sale of my house on my own. Chris sat down with me multiple times to explain how it would unfold and communicated with me clearly the process and the marketing strategy. He kept me informed along the way and always returned my calls promptly when I had any concerns. I would highly recommend One Agency Torquay as well for their professionalism and approach with both the client and the buyer. Good job, guys!!

Chris Henson review
Chris is very polite and listened to what we told him regarding looking after our tenant, whilst our house was for sale. Our tenants were excellent and we didn’t want to put them out or under any pressure whilst the house was on the market. He kept us informed every time someone viewed the property and explained all the viewers circumstances clearly to us so we knew if they were interested. We thought the price put on the house to be higher than we expected, and so the amount we accepted was on the lowest end of the pricing advertised, but higher than we expected. I’ve always believed you shouldn’t get greedy but be fair when pricing a property and we are happy with the results, Chris achieved. Thank you Chris, you were very easy to deal with, and talk to regarding our property.

Chris went way above our expectations for what you would expect from a realestate agent. He was always available, kept us up to date on what was happening and advised us through the entire process.
