Chris is very polite and listened to what we told him regarding looking after our tenant, whilst our house was for sale. Our tenants were excellent and we didn’t want to put them out or under any pressure whilst the house was on the market. He kept us informed every time someone viewed the property and explained all the viewers circumstances clearly to us so we knew if they were interested. We thought the price put on the house to be higher than we expected, and so the amount we accepted was on the lowest end of the pricing advertised, but higher than we expected. I’ve always believed you shouldn’t get greedy but be fair when pricing a property and we are happy with the results, Chris achieved.
