We dealt twice with Olivia as a buyer both times. She was always helpful to us, even though her main responsibility is with the seller. Several times she went out of her way to show us properties outside the viewing times, and she was always friendly and professional. I suspect she regularly achieves an outcome where bother aeller and buyer are happy with the result, which hasn't been my experience with other agents in this recent round of buying.
