We were very happy with Olivia Swann from One Agency Torquay. She was attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and professional from start to finish. Also super sweet. The Auction campaign was very large due to huge numbers attending Open days, many private inspections and lots of interest in general. With added stress of subdivision complexities and legalities. Olivia was super organised, energentic, enthusiastic and kept us informed constantly through the campaign and did everything possible to help us achieve an amazing Auction Day Result. Selling our house has been a great experience from before we actually knew we were going to sell through to being able to put the sold sticker up. We were advised of the process which was followed to a tee, down to having our buyer before we even went on the market! Nothing was too much trouble and all our question we answered, so it was a no stress experience. We went on the market earlier than planned and sold 16 days from then. So excited to have sold our house and can’t thank Olivia enough for being there with us.

We purchased our house through Chris. We'd been looking for a family home for several years and had dealt with many Real Estate agents over this time. Chris is not your ordinary Real Estate Agent. He has a genuine, friendly, relaxed and honest manner that is hard not to be impressed by. He always followed up on our requests/phone calls and dug around to get the answers that were not always straight forward to find. We would highly recommend Chris as an agent to both sell and purchase a house. If we need to sell our home in the Torquay region, we would have Chris as our first choice.

When we first met Olivia she quietly listened to our opinion on price and method of sale. Also when inspecting our home she didnt 'gush' , rather complimenting us on the condition of the house while offering some constructive advice on presentation inside and out. We were very happy with our selling price and the fact it only took 2 weeks to sell in a higher price bracket. All in all we coudn't recommend her and ONE AGENCY highly enough !!
