Olivia is a hidden gem!
Olivia is one of those agents who has the unique ability to get the job done (even in a declining market) with more professionalism than I have ever experienced from the sale of any of my previous properties. There were times I was stressed (keeping the house clean and organised with a family to work around all while running a business) and she was so amazing at keeping me calm and level-headed. She got us a great price and was always on the other end of the phone when I had a question about how something about our sale process works. If you want an agent who knows EXACTLY how to sell your property for the right price regardless of what the market conditions are, all while feeling emotionally supported and cared about through the process you MUST call Olivia. Fabulous agent!
I have had the pleasure of working with Olivia both as a purchaser and vendor. As a purchaser she kept me updated with properties she thought l might be interested in, arranged private inspection times for me and worked closely with me and my family to answer any queries that arose. As a purchaser and vendor she was always available, listened to my needs and negociated a great price for the sale of my property. Fantastic Agent - Honest and with impeccable communication skills.
From the initial consultation with Chris and Shaun, I felt confident in their local knowledge and their approach to the sale process seemed more in-depth and strategic than others. Throughout the process Chris was in constant but flexible communication, always contacting me at a time that suited me, normally outside of business hours. He provided in-depth accounts of interactions with potential buyers and gave respectful advice, using previous real examples to back his advice up. I was very happy with the sale price, settlement time and ease of the sale process. Chris made, what can be a stressful process a very smooth one. I would certainly use One Agency, particularly Chris again to sell a property.

Second to none
I have known of Shaun for a number of years. His enthusiasm and dedication to his business has made him the “go to”person for real estate on the surf coast, and especially Jan Juc. He was a wonderful support whilst I negotiated the hurdles of first bidding at auction, buying a house and then selling my home. The price he negotiated was well in excess of what I thought I would get for my home. I would not hesitate to recommend him to future clients.
