The Best Agnt in Town
Selling our house has been a great experience from before we actually knew we were going to sell through to being able to put the sold sticker up. We were advised of the process which was followed to a tee, down to having our buyer before we even went on the market! Nothing was too much trouble and all our question we answered, so it was a no stress experience. We went on the market earlier than planned and sold 16 days from then. So excited to have sold our house and can’t thank Olivia enough for being there with us.

Great customer service skills and highly recommended!
We purchased our house through Chris. We'd been looking for a family home for several years and had dealt with many Real Estate agents over this time. Chris is not your ordinary Real Estate Agent. He has a genuine, friendly, relaxed and honest manner that is hard not to be impressed by. He always followed up on our requests/phone calls and dug around to get the answers that were not always straight forward to find. We would highly recommend Chris as an agent to both sell and purchase a house. If we need to sell our home in the Torquay region, we would have Chris as our first choice.

Very professional Agent
Firstly selling your home is a very stressful task. With such a competitive market with many reputable agents in Torquay From the first meeting with Shaun O'Callaghan, I found Shaun to have such a genuine passion, empathy with an unpretentious manner and this did not change through the entire process. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable During the selling period the entire team were very approachable, personable, extremely patient and there was no limit on their time, whether it was mornings, evenings or weekends. Very professional and relaxed Agent

Highly recommended
When we first met Olivia she quietly listened to our opinion on price and method of sale. Also when inspecting our home she didnt 'gush' , rather complimenting us on the condition of the house while offering some constructive advice on presentation inside and out. We were very happy with our selling price and the fact it only took 2 weeks to sell in a higher price bracket. All in all we coudn't recommend her and ONE AGENCY highly enough !!

I found Olivia to be a fantastic communicator throughout the process of my recent purchase. Excellent sales team
A huge thankyou to Shaun and his team for the professional service they gave me with in selling my house. At all times I felt in safe hands and that they had my very best interests at heart. Shauns expertise is exceptional, he clearly bring considerable experience to his practise. All his commitments to me were honoured. All my queries were promptly responded to. I was kept informed at every stage. I also appreciated the enthusiasm and energy the team conveys. They are all clearly very connected and supportive of each other’s roles. I felt that this would also be communicated to interested parties, which was very important to me. Ultimate professional
We recently had the pleasure of meeting Olivia through the sale of our house.
