We met with Jayson via a recommendation from a friend about a year or so prior to actually putting our home on the market. At that stage we just wanted some advice as we were contemplating selling our property and upsizing - we committed to him on the spot. We had approaches from a number of agents as we went through the process of attempting to buy and not once did we question our commitment to Jayson as our selling agent. It was the best move we made, what a great bloke and agent! From our first meeting (with no guarantee of business from us) he was by our side. We loved his authentic, honest, open, caring, patient style and his commitment; drive, professionalism and depth of knowledge of the property market are outstanding. He kept in contact with us long term and supported us through missing out on many property’s and eventually, selling our own home. Our property sold prior to auction and the result was phenomenal, Jayson managed our expectations along the way and to say we are beyond pleased with both the result and the entire experience is an understatement. Buying and selling real estate in Australia can emotional and unpleasant, we were not only selling our home that held many beautiful memories it was also our largest asset and we had poured many years of hard work both in time and money.
