We met Bill purely by chance after having had our property sitting for sale for many months with absolutely no success nor interest. Bill was super easy to speak with, knew a lot about the market, had some great ideas to freshen up the sale and seemed happy to take on the challenge of selling a property in an otherwise very stagnant market. We put our property in Bill's hands. Bill was tireless, constantly tweaking advertising and reviewing pricing with us in attempts to attract interest, spending weekends on site at open inspections and all the while in constant communication with us to ensure that we were fully across what was happening and what the regularly evolving plan was. It was a genuine pleasure working with Bill. Bill made sure that we had all the information we needed to allow us to best position our property price wise relative to the market’s interest and our desire for a sale. I know it's impossible to know this, but I really dont think we would have managed the sale as quickly nor as successfully as we did without Bill's constant advice, and work on our behalf.
