Bill was fantastic to deal with!
Bill was great to deal with throughout the purchase of our property. He was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the whole South Coast area was great and assisted us in buying our home in a dreamy location.

Knowledgeable
We bought our house from South Coast Property Specialists and we were lucky enough to have Bill as our agent. As we lived up in Sydney, he was very helpful and flexible on viewing times for us, he also went above and beyond by helping with tradespeople entering our house for work to be undertaken before we move in. He just is a really nice polite and really helpful person. He communicated clearly, quickly and as often as the need arose.

Bill is a true professional
