Our house was difficult to sell, being 'high end' due to its clifftop position, but also older and dated. It had been our father's loved home, however his age ( well into his 90s) and decor style was evident throughout the house. Bill discussed our ideas and desired outcome, adding to this discussion his excellent local knowledge, patience and professionalism. We commenced our sales campaign in an extremly difficult time ( post covid, and monthly interest rises), and accepted advice with regard to pulling out of the sales market and renting until the market settled. We renewed our campaign 2 years later, revamped and styled the house, and Bill conducted at least weekly open houses and regular consultation with us. We always felt 'on top' of the situation, we always felt heard, and our ideas were considered and respected. All this resulted in a satisfactory sale after quite a long negotiation period. I sense that the respect shown to us as sellers was also extended to prospective buyers.
