The most honest and knowlegable agent who will exceed your expectations
I have known Todd now for approximately 18 months in the capacity of a real estate agent whom I entrusted to sell two houses, and then to purchase a new home from him as well. I had dealt with many agents through the lengthy process of looking for a new property and settled on Todd because he simply performed above and beyond any of the others I had met. Todd's communication skills when both selling and buying a home were exemplorary. I sold two homes with him and his real estate and marketing knowledge and skills resulted in achieving tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price. When purchasing a house I felt his skills and knowledge were also beyond compare. He knew exactly what I was after and worked tirelessly to secure me the perfect new home. No question was too much. Buying and selling homes can be an emotional time, and Todd was extremely supportive. Todd is extremely hard working, kind, incredibly knowlegable, and above all has honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend him, he is a credit to the realestate industry.
