From the first moment we spoke to Todd he was direct honest and very upstanding Todd kept us informed along the way with all that concerned us and even after the sale has gone through he is still willing to help us with anything he is a credit first to himself for the pride he takes with his job and he is also very prompt in getting back in touch with you no matter what the question and he doesn't make you feel inadequate for asking for what we feel is a silly question. Unlike most feedback, our property did not sell overnight. It wasn't the best property amongst all the other properties listed in the same area and there were so many properties that were listed in the same street and area, almost simultaneously. It was an average property with a few issues and had some pretty demanding sellers wanting the best possible price. (Yes I am talking about ourselves.) Micheal and Jill worked tirelessly for us. They invested so much time in not only showing our property but also in finding clients thst could see the potential and the benefits our property had. They were meticulous in contacting us through every stage of the sale, every week giving us feedback and letting us know what the next step was. I would highly recommend both Michael and Jill for their outstanding service, advice and knowledge in finding the right buyer for our property and for their endless patience when dealing with obstacles that were presented to them. We are so grateful thst we had Micheal and Jill representing us.

Friends suggested we talk to Mike and Jill Hurst when selling our property and pleased that we did. Easy, friendly and wealth of knowledge of the market. Communication was always prompt, clear, honest and easy to understand for the none real estate person. It was nice to be at ease with them as we are interstate and did not have to worry about anything, they organised all the painting and styling, then followed up with pictures of each room so we could see before it went to market. We first met Michael about 10 years ago when purchasing a new home. At the time he showed incredible respect for both the Vendors needs and our expectations as purchasers. Over time his firm became the manager of our rental properties. We know all the staff are exceptionally competent, disciplined, professional and so friendly to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, ever. Recently we sold one of our rentals and the marketing strategy Michael used for its sale proved to be absolutely spot on. We were some distance away and had to leave everything for the staff to organise. However we were kept well informed and issues were tackled the moment they arose. We were speechless at the final selling price - way, way above our highest expectations.
