Todd's the BEST!
From the first moment we met Todd, we were impressed. Unlike other agents, he was open, honest, confident (without being arrogant) and full of knowledge. Todd has an uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease - selling/buying a house can be a scary thing! We had high expectations and he did not disappoint us - selling our house in a few weeks and for above asking price. He kept us informed every step of the way, without giving us false hope or salesman crap - he was real and his style is refreshing. We have since needed his advice on selling/buying/evaluating and he continues to deliver. He is our guy and we will never go anywhere else! Exceptional Agent; Outstanding Communicator and Negotiator
We couldn't recommend Todd more highly. We met with several agents and Todd was the clear leader. Todd was upfront from the start, didn't use unnecessary jargon, spoke the truth, got to the point and actually did what he said he'd do, as we prepared to sell our house. There was no flowery language, hard sell, high pitched promises, or surprise costs, and it was straight on with the job. Once we were on the market, Todd's communication and negotiation skills really came to the fore. Todd gathered all offers and communicated clearly and in a timely manner in what was a fast paced sale (24 hours and he had the job done). There was some fast decision making to be done at times, and Todd carefully relayed the information from buyers, gave his advice, and enabled us to make the right decision as the right time. I don't often participate in these feedback sessions, but Todd is quite honestly an exceptional agent.
