We had a fairly unique property with a niche "fall in love with it or not" vibe about it. It was a great property and Michael and Jill both understood it and the target markets sensibilities. We got a very good price, and they did the real work required, even in a market that was hot and fairly easy to sell in. They communicated very effectively but not too much. Michael had great ideas on simple things to fix and change to improve the properties unique impact on first inspection, and Jill was a pleasure to work with. It was a good experience.
